This blog was created for busy, working or stay-at-home Moms who just want to put a good meal on the table each night. We love our families, and wanted to share with each other our ideas. Know what else we love? Your comments! If you try a recipe, or just have something to say, please let us know. Enjoy your time on our little slice of blogland!

1/2 cup butter or margarine
1 cup white sugar
1/4 tsp. Baking soda
1 egg
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 cup flour
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon

Mix butter, sugar, and soda. Beat in egg and vanilla. Add flour.

Roll dough into ball shape, and roll in extra sugar and cinnamon to coat the cookie. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Tops will "crack" a bit upon removal.

Make one pan of cookies at a time, and chill the dough in between batches to make firmer cookie balls.
